This means if you need security fast you can have it.For a small fee the universal security gate will protect your property meaning you can sleep at night.This is great for areas experiencing mini waves of burglary.

With the recent increases in metal prices there is a lot of theft of metals like lead and copper.In the bexley areas quite a lot of roof lead has been stolen on a regular basis.The worst thing ive heard of and attended was a semi detatched house on the bexleyheath ,belverdere borders that was broken into.As the house was empty and subject of a sale not a lot could be stolen.The thieves emptied the copper immersion heater flooding the house in the process and then nicked it.Neighbours thought it was the new owners just doing some work before moving in. I fitted a mortice lock to prevent them gaining entry easily again as there was only a nightlatch securing the door before.

Isn't it a sad sign of the times ?

Everyone seems to be getting locked out at present,lots of lockouts to attend to. It seems the offer of a free lock if we drill or damage the lock gaining entry is making us popular.The stories customers tell us of previous experiences with locksmiths are quite often scary to say the least.


Saw a sales rep today with a box of lovely new locking products.The new cisa dimple lock cylinders look exceptional value and something we are looking at stocking for those customers who want that something extra.The keys can be restricted to meaning no unauthorised copies can be made.These locks are going to be a really formidable challenge to open.
